Terms & Conditions:
- MediWallet health vouchers are only redeemable at the partners listed on the MediWallet network.
- The voucher is redeemable for service and/or products at the listed partners.
- Vouchers need to be presented as payment towards your visit to a practice or purchase in-store.
- A MediWallet card is needed to purchase in Clicks.
- The voucher is valid for 3 years from date of issue.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or replaced if lost/stolen.
- Should you not utilise the full value of your voucher, a credit will remain on the voucher for future use.
